Dr. Andrew Martin Kilale is a Principal Research Scientist at the National Institute for Medical Research. He received his PhD from the University of Bergen in June 2016. His background and expertise is in research on tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS and related diseases. He has published over 50 research articles on these topics in Tanzanian and International Journals ranging from diagnosis, epidemiology, treatment and policy issues. Apart from being a lead and coordinator to several projects conducted in the country, he has won several international and local consultancies in various areas of health research.
