Salum Shabani Msandagila is a Principal Human Resources Officer with more than fifteen years of experience working with different ministries before joining the National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR) in December 2023. He holds a Masters degree (MPA- HRM) from Mzumbe University (Dar es Salaam Business School) and a Bachelor degree (B.A – Public Administration) from the University of Dar Es Salaam.
